Neymar scored twice for Barcelona, as they lost 3-2 to Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena, but qualified for the Champions League final 5-3 on aggregate.
The hosts opened scoring as early as the 10th minute, after Mehdi Benatia headed past Ter Stegen following a corner kick. Neymar then grabbed a brace to put Luis Enrique’s men in front.
Robert Lewandowski equalized for the Bundesliga, who at this point needed to score four times. However, they could only muster one more through Thomas Muller, as Pep Guardiola and his men stumbled in the semi-final again.
It is the Catalans’ eighth European final and they will face either rivals Real Madrid or Juventus in Berlin on June 6.
