As the news of Neymar’s departure gets stronger, Barcelona have returned with a bigger offer for Liverpool forward, Philippe Coutinho.
The Catalans’ initial bid of £72 million for the Brazil international was rejected by Liverpool, and the Spanish giants are preparing to return with another offer.
Daily Mirror reports that Barcelona are determined to secure a deal for Coutinho with an improved bid of £80 million.
Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp had already said his star man is not for sale.
But Barcelona are under great pressure to seek a big-money replacement for Neymar, who has reportedly agreed personal terms with French champions, PSG.
