The International Organization for standardization has awarded its ISO 9001:2015 award to AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, a member of the AXA Mansard Group and global leader in insurance and asset management.
This is in recognition of the company’s quality management system and conformity with global best practices.
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification is centered on strong customer focus. It provides a framework that ensures that organisations are able to meet customers and applicable requirements consistently.
It consists of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution that guaranty continuous improvement and operational efficiency in the core business areas of an organisation.
Speaking on the award, the Group Head, Strategy, Planning and Marketing at AXA Mansard Group, Mr. Kola Oni noted that, “The unwavering commitment of AXAMansard towards ensuring that our processes across the Group meets customers’ needs made us upgrade our Quality Management System and the result of these efforts have been proven through our ability to consistently provide products and services that guarantees customer satisfaction.”
