Nigeria’s senior women national team, the Falcons, will take on Ghana, Kenya and Mali in Group B of the 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations billed for Cameroon.
The draw for the competition, was staged at the Palais Polyvalent des Sports, Yaounde on Sunday.
In Group A, there is hosts Cameroon, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Egypt.
The top two teams from each group, will qualify for the knockout phase of the competition.
The opening match of the tournament, will be between Cameroon and Egypt at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo, while Nigeria will face Mali at the Stade Municipal de Limbe.
Florence Omagbemi’s team are the current holders of the trophy and are hoping to clinch a record eighth African women title.
