AUSafrik set to launch services in Nigeria


AUSafrik, a brand communications company that started out in Ghana, is set to launch its services in Nigeria. Staffed by 21st century experts in the art and craft of designs and communications, the company acquired its office space in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, and plans to roll out its services from August 8 with a Press Unveiling and Tea Party. The company’s core services are hinged on Media, Advertising, and Public Relations.

While addressing a cross-section of the media, the company’s public relations personnel, Mr. Kollins Ekanem, observed that the Nigerian market has evolved into one of the most vibrant and profitable markets in Africa for products and allied services. This has led to an influx of companies, who have taken advantage of the dynamism of the Nigerian economy and the massive potential offered through its market of 160 million people.

With the promise of profit from such a huge target, it is obvious that a lot of companies are struggling to have a firm grip on their slice of this market. Clearly, multinationals and indigenous companies have opened shop and are producing products and delivering services aimed at the prospective Nigerian buyer.

“With such a populace and a host of companies trying to sell to the said market, it is necessary for companies to make efforts that will stand them out through branding and holistic marketing,” she quipped.

“The story of popular brands like Coca Cola and Nike cannot be told without appraising the role of strategic market positioning and advertising carried out on these brands. Here in Nigeria, the success of brands like MTN and Indomie is widely attributed to their impressive marketing reach and holistic brand positioning through cutting edge advertising and branded events.”

With these insights, Mr. Ekanem pointed out that AUSafrik is committed to providing brand solutions for companies in Nigeria. He appraised the efforts of companies like Insight Communications, Red Media and Black House Media and clearly stated that AUSafrik will leverage on its strengths and create holistic solutions for youth/corporate brands, personalities, NGOs, renowned government bodies, media outfits and other prospective clients.

He summed it up by saying that it “takes a set of strategies for a brand to really become successful and popular. A lot of companies have been operating for years yet they haven’t tapped into the strength of making their product or service indomitable as brands. AUSafrik is here to bridge that.
