ASUU: Osinbajo takes over negotiation with striking lecturers

The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is now the head of the Federal Government negotiation team with the striking Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

The new development was disclosed by the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige while briefing State House correspondents after the Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council, FEC.

Ngige also blamed the private sector of being responsible for the delay in announcing the Chairman of the Minimum Wage Review Committee.

The minister claimed that they were ready and will announce Chairman of the Committee when all the names of representatives of the private sector is submitted.
