“Arsenal would suit me” – Higuain interested in move to the Emirates

Gonzalo Higuain has hinted that he would be interested in a move to Arsenal this season.

The Argentine striker is looking to leave Real Madrid and there is interest from Italy and England in his services.

“There have already been offers and I hope that Madrid do the best for me and themselves,” he told The Metro.

“Arsenal? They would suit me, I’m still young and I have goals.

“There are many possibilities. I want to go to a league where I’ll be put to the test.”

Higuain would be allowed to leave for around £20million, but Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is also looking at Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, Swansea’s Michu and Stevan Jovetic from Fiorentina.
