Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has urged his squad to maintain their composure and remain calm as the Gunners bid for a place in the last-16 of the Europa League, Football London reports.

Emery’s men trail BATE Borisov by a goal after a 1-0 defeat in Belarus last Thursday, and must win by at least two clear goals to progress to the next round.

Arsenal will be without Alexandre Lacazette tonight, as the Frenchman was sent off during the first leg and the club have only overcome a one-goal deficit in a European tie once in their history.

However, Emery is confident that his side can progress and urged his squad to remain patient during their final training session before the game.

It is understood that the Spaniard called a special team meeting to take the pressure off his squad and to remind them that the tie is only at the halfway stage.
