Alexandre Lacazette has confirmed that he will leave Lyon this summer.
The French forward is set to join Atletico Madrid this summer, despite major interest from Arsenal.
Lacazette, 25, scored 35 goals in 44 games for Les Gones this term and says he is looking to make a step into the Champions League.
“I want to discover something else, to put myself under pressure and to gain a level,” Lacazette told L’Equipe.
Lyon failed to qualify for next season’s Champions League and Lacazette will make his final Ligue 1 appearance for the club against Nice on Saturday evening.
The player was given the freedom to choose his next club by OL president Jean-Michel Aulas and they are set to receive around £50million.
