Arsenal have made an improved €45million offer for Monaco’s Thomas Lemar.
According to French outfit, L’Equipe, the Ligue 1 champions are expected to reject the latest bid for the winger.
The Gunners have already had a €40m bid turned down by Monaco, while Lemar won’t look to force a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
Manchester United, Tottenham and Atletico Madrid are all keeping an eye on the player’s situation as Arsene Wenger considers making a third offer for the 21-year-old.
Wenger however wants to wrap up his summer transfer business early, so he can prepare his squad for the 2017/2018 season, where they will compete in the Premier League, Europa League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
The Gunners boss will make a move to Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez, if he fails to land Lemar.
