Arsenal in talks to sign Nigerian striker, Henry Onyekuru

Arsenal has opened talks to sign Henry Onyekuru from KAS Eupen.

According to Sky Sports reporter, Kevh Solhekol, the Gunners are interested in signing the Nigerian striker, who finished as the top scorer in Belgium.

He wrote on his Twitter page: “Arsenal in talks to sign Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru from Belgian side KAS Eupen. Release clause £6.8m. Top scorer in Belgium.

“Everton, Southampton, West Brom & Middlesbrough also trying to sign Henry Onyekuru. He’s a massive Arsenal fan. Dream to play for Arsenal.”

The Gunners are preparing for life in the Europa League next season, after they finished fifth in the Premier League.

It is the first time in 20 years, that Arsene Wenger’s men will not be among Europe’s elite.
