Armed Isaba youths allegedly attack military formation in Delta community

Armed Isaba youths on Thursday allegedly attacked a military formation in Aladja Community, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.
Nobody was reported injured and no arms and ammunition were carted away as the military in company of some mobile policemen repelled the attacks.
The attack has caused serious tension in the area as the military has allegedly invaded neighbouring communities in search of the hiddlums.
DAILY POST learnt that the attack was a coordinated by the armed Isaba youths on Aladja Community.
The Commander of the Nigerian Army 3 Battatlion in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area, Maj. A T Abdukadri told DAILY POST that “I am not aware of it.”
Assistant Secretary of Aladja Community Council, Comrade Ighotegwolor Bezi confirmed the report, saying the armed Isaba youths had again breached the peace accord reached with the Delta State Government.
He called on the relevant security authorities to be on the alert and bring the hoodlums to justice.
