The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has indefinitely adjourned judgment in the suit instituted by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, against his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.

Registrar of the court, who announced the decision on Monday, gave no explanation on why it was taken.

Meanwhile, the trial of the Senate President at the CCT‎ is expected to continue on Wednesday, as the prosecuting counsel, Rotimi Jacobs (SAN), has already listed five witnesses who will testify against Saraki.
