APGA suspends Governor Okorocha

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has been suspended from the the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA.

Okorocha, who joined the All Progressives Congress, APC, was suspended for allegedly engaging in anti party activities.

Rising from an emergency National Executive Council meeting Saturday in Abuja, the party said NEC unanimously decided to dissolve the Imo State Executive Council of the party.

A 21-man Committee will be appointed to oversee the party until a congress is held.
