DAILY POST reports that the nPDP announced their breakaway on Wednesday in Abuja under a fresh alias, reformed APC, and appointed Alhaji Buba Galadima as its interim National Chairman.
Speaking to journalists on the development, the National Spokesman of the APC, Bolaji Abdullahi, said the National Working Committee of the party will speak again on the next steps for the APC.
However, he said the level of reaction will depend on the fullness of details it will receive on the matter.
He said: “We have report of a group of who have puportedly described themselves as a faction of our party.
“We will be able to give our reaction as soon as we get the full details and have the opportunity to review it.”
