Felix Anyansi-Agwu has put pen to paper on a four-year contract, to remain as chairman of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) champions, Enyimba.
“Anyansi has secured his future at Enyimba after he recently signed a four-year contract,” a top source informed AfricanFootball.com
Both Anyansi and Enyimba had to deny that the administrator was leaving the club last year.
He has been in charge of the People’s Elephant for 17 years, during which they have won major trophies including two CAF Champions League titles, a record seven NPFL titles, as well as four FA Cups.
On Wednesday, Enyimba qualified for the money-spinning stages of the CAF Champions League, by defeating Etoile du Sahel on penalties.
