Angry youths set Jonathan’s campaign buses ablaze in Jos

Some angry youths on Saturday in Jos, the Plateau State capital set ablaze two campaign buses crested with the picture of President Goodluck Jonathan and his Vice, Namadi Sambo.

It was gathered that the incident took place at Zololo junction by Mangu Street, along the Bauchi road in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Report says the angry youths were said to have launched attack on the buses, said to be coming from Bauchi Road to Terminus. It was gathered that another vehicle with PDP logo was also attacked.

However, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Emmanuel Abuh, could not give details on the incident as at press time when he was contacted.

It was equally gathered that after the youths set the buses ablaze, they went on rampage, smashing other cars on sight.
