The Martin Agbaso faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, will on Monday hold its primary election to elect a candidate to represent it in the November 18 governorship election of Anambra State.
DAILY POST gathered that the faction unlike the Oye faction which fielded only Governor Willie Obiano as aspirant will field three aspirants, Barr Chinedu Idigo, Elo Aforka and Dr Hygers Igwebuike.
Our correspondent gathered that the primary election would hold in Awka, contrary to insinuations that it would hold in Owerri.
DAILY POST gathered that the primary election was fixed after the faction secured a stay of execution following an alleged successful appeal to the Supreme Court against the court of Appeal Judgement issued to the Oye-led APGA at the appeal court.
