Head coach of Nigeria’s U-20 team, Emmanuel Amuneke, has named 18 players for Saturday’s 2017 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying first leg, second round tie against Burundi in Bujumbura.
Wolfsburg forward Victor Osimhen and Arsenal’s Kelechi Nwakali, are some of the star names included.
The team also had the likes of Samuel Chukwueze, Akpna Udoh, John Lazarus and Udochukwu Anumudu.
Team Secretary, Aliyu Lawal Ibrahim, confirmed that the squad will fly out of Abuja on Wednesday, aboard an Ethiopian Airline flight.
The winner of the game on aggregate will face Sudan, in the final qualifying round to book a place in the competition proper in Zambia.
Nigeria are the current defending champions.
