Daniel Amokachi has been confirmed as the new technical adviser of FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
The former Super Eagles assistant coach, replaces John Obuh, who has been deployed to the position of Football Director.
Amokachi will work with Ike Shoronmu, who will come in as the club’s goalkeeper trainer.
This development was revealed by defender Wilson Elu.
“Yes, we have a new coach now and he has been unveiled to the players and fans. We are ready to work with coach Amokachi and we will ensure we support him to succeed in his new assignment. We will start with a win in our game with Sunshine Stars on Monday,” he told Goal in a brief chat.
Amokachi’s first game will be on Monday against Sunshine Stars in a delayed Week 22 tie.
