President Muhammadu Buhari sent a revised list of non-career ambassadorial nominees to the Senate on Thursday.
This development is coming two months after the lawmakers rejected the one he sent earlier due to several petitions against some of the nominees.
Recall that the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, had earlier read a letter on the floor of the red chambers conveying the new list from Buhari.
While retired Justice George Oguntade and Ahmed Ibeto maintained their nomination, the President included several new names in the revised list.
