Pandemonium broke out in Nomansland, Sabon Gari area of Kano state weekend as a learner driver, Gloria Okocha, accidentally crushed one Remi Nwokolor, to death.
They are both members of the Word of Faith Christian Centre in the state.
According to reports, Okocha was trying to drive out of the church premises when she suddenly hit the victim before colliding against the wall of the church.
The collision attracted church members, who rushed to the scene and conveyed the victim to the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, AKTH.
The victim, however, was confirmed dead on their arrival at the hospital.
Police officers from the Nomansland Police Station visited the scene of the accident and impounded the Toyota jeep Okocha drove.
The remains of the deceased have been deposited at the AKTH morgue, while Okocha was said to have been detained at the police station.
