Aguero splits from Maradona’s daughter after four years of marriage

Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero has split from his wife of four years, Diego Maradona’s daughter, Giannina.

Giannina, who is now living in Madrid with their three-year-old son, confirmed the news on Twitter.

“We’re separated,” she wrote before adding that it was “a difficult year” and “there’s been a lot of changes”.

One of her followers on the social network, who clearly supported her decision tweeted at her and said: “Aguero doesn’t deserve you. He’s stupid and an idiot”.

She replied: “Don’t say that, he’s the father of my son and he’s nothing like what you say he is.”
