Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo, has identified Egypt and Morocco as two tough countries at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.
The Stoke City star believes that Gernot Rohr’s side must beat the two North African nations in order to lift this year’s AFCON.
“It’s going to be a tough tournament but we hope to win it,” Etebo told Allnigeriasoccer.
“The likes of Egypt and Morocco will be tough but we are to worry about our own group.
“Life’s a process so we have to face the teams in our group and hopefully on the knockout stages think of other teams.
“I’m positive we will be fine and have a good tournament.”
Meanwhile, Nigeria will on Saturday evening begin their quest to lift the AFCON title when they tackle Burundi in Alexandria, Egypt.
