Abia Guber re-run: INEC fixes April 25 date

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Abia State has announced that the governorship re-run for the state will hold on April 25. The re-run is will take place in 9 local government areas of the state.

The local government areas affected are; Aba North, Aba South, Bende, Isiala Ngwa South, Isiala Ngwa North, Umuahia South, Bende, Arochukwu, Ohafia and Osisioma.

Similarly, re-run into the Umuahia North state constituency will hold April 18.

Voting will be held in three wards in Umuahia North state constituency, which has not been concluded.
