800 metres walk: Sowore rates self higher than Buhari, Atiku

One of the 2019 Presidential aspirants, Omoyele Sowore has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari for boasting over his 800 metres’ walk from Daura Mosque to his private home on Tuesday.
DAILY POST reported that Buhari had after prayers and slaughtering his ram on Tuesday, decided to walk home from the mosque reassuring Nigerians that he is strong enough for 2019.
The report has since generated a lot of controversies and comments from Nigerian politicians, mostly from those in the opposition.
Sowore in his reaction said he was better than Buhari and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar.
According to him, he ran the New York marathon under four hours.
On his Facebook page, Sowore said: “ Buhari is celebrating an 800m walk as a sign of fitness, a few hours later another aspirant Abubakar Atiku is celebrating his regular exercise of 1 mile on a treadmill.
“In 2017, I ran the New York marathon and finished under 4 hours! You can now guess who is most qualified to become Nigeria’s President. Take it back from the tired, corrupt, incompetent and atrophied oldies.”
