Men of the Police force in Lokoja, Kogi State, have apprehended one “Jane” a 50 year old commercial sex worker for purportedly killing her lover.
The suspect who confessed to killing the deceased, Emma, 41, because he was bent on making her his permanent lover, also admitted to killing other men over the same issue.
It was learnt that Jane added a rat poison into the drink of the deceased when they were together on the faithful day.
On taking the drink, he slumped, and the culprit immediately set the house ablaze with Emma inside, using petrol she got from a generator within the house.
Jane reportedly fled the house on seeing the house on fire; she was apprehended after being declared wanted by the police for four weeks.
