Top Nigerian music artistes, 2Face Idibia, Eldee Tha Don and others have signed a deal with music distribution outfit, Spinlet. The newly signed singers have joined the likes of Banky W, MI, Darey Art Alade, IcePrince and other popular artists digital music distribution company.
The title sponsor of the weekly Industry Nite held every Wednesday at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island has become the new platform where Nigerian artistes want to employ to distribute their singles and albums.
Remarking on the deal with the newly signed artistes, Mark Redguard, the Chief Marketing Officer of Spinlet stated; “We’re happy to have so many great names on our platform. We’re equally passionate about promoting our upcoming acts.
“Just like everyone else, I look forward to every Industry Nite. It’s become a really exciting platform for both artists and music lovers. But we are not only involved in Industry Nite, but also in a number of other projects that will positively affect the Nigerian music like Gospel Night Live, Felabration, The Dagrin Tribute and more. There’s something for everyone on Spinlet.”
On his part, one of the newly signed artistes, 2Face said; “The Nigerian music industry is extremely dynamic. I’m happy that Spinlet has taken the bold step to combat one of the greatest challenges to the Nigerian artists dream: piracy, while also strongly promoting our music.”
Spinlet was founded in 2006 to render digital music. It launched into the Nigerian music market on May 23, 2012. It has over hundreds of music catalogues already.
