Spokesman of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, Festus Keyamo, SAN, has suggested that it was the will of God that some bigwigs of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, dumped the party and President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to him, it was divinely designed that most politicians Nigerians have been complaining about are now converged in one political party against President Muhammadu Buhari ahead of 2019 presidential election.
APC has seen its top members in the National Assembly and some state governors moved to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
In a tweet on Sunday, Keyamo, a senior lawyer, believes this was done to bring down Buhari.
He also believes that having gathered in one boat, Nigerians have the opportunity to “sink the boat” in 2019.
Keyamo said, “By some divine design, most of the people Nigerians have always complained about have now congregated in one political boat this time around against one man, PMB.
“In 2019, Nigerians have a unique opportunity of sinking that boat once and for all to give Nigeria a new lease of life.”
