2019 election: Buhari’s aide reacts to collapse of PDP’s podium during campaign

President Muhammadu Buhari’s social media aide, Lauretta Onochie, has reacted to the collapse of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, podium during their campaign in Jeda Local Government Area of Kebbi State on Monday.
DAILY POST had reported that all the party’s topshots on the podium, including the governorship candidate, Isah Muhammad Galaudi, a former chief of staff to Bukola Saraki, fell off when the podium collapsed completely.
But reacting, Lauretta Onochie prayed for the politicians.
She wrote: “I hope members of @OfficialPDPNig involved in this accident during a campaign when the podium collapsed are okay. I pray they are all fine.
“#PDPCuttingCorners. We can’t hand them our nation anymore.
“Nigeria is in safe hands.”
