Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani, who both play for Leicester City in England, are expected to start for Algeria in Saturday’s 2018 World Cup qualifier against Nigeria in Uyo.
According to reports, coach Georges Leekens, is likely going to set his team up in a 4-3-3 formation, with Mahrez and Yacine Brahimi helping top striker, Slimani.
Nabil Bentaleb, who is on loan at Schalke 04, will start in midfield along with Saphi Taider and Carl Medjani.
The four-man defence will be made up of full backs, Faouzi Ghoulam, Mohamed Ziti and central defenders Hicham Belkaroui and Aissa Mandi.
Goalkeeper Rais M’Bolhi, who is currently without a club, will be between the posts.
