Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr, has boasted that the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon cannot intimidate his side when both side lock horns in the World Cup qualifying match next year.

He said his players will be adequately prepared to fend off the physical play of the Cameroonians.

Cameroon with two points from two matches will play back to back games against the Super Eagles and they are hoping to catch up with the Eagles and keep their qualification chances on track.

The Super Eagles that are on top of the table with six points need to win and maintain their grip on the group and

Rohr believes the Lions will do everything to get a result in August 2017.

He told reporters, “We know what to expect from Cameroon, they are very physical. That is how they love to play, we have to be ready to match them in that regard. But been physical won’t be enough, we also have to be technical in our approach.

“We have the players to carry out the task of getting a positive result against Cameroon, all we have to do is to stick to our game plan, when the game comes up and not play into their hands.”
