​10 ships arrive Lagos with petrol

Ten ships are waiting to discharge petrol at both Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports in Lagos.

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its daily publication – `Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Lagos.

The document indicated that 29 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected to arrive the ports from Jan. 26 to Feb. 22.

NPA stated that the expected ships contained general cargoes, buck wheat, containers, bulk salt, bulk gypsum, base oil diesel and petrol.#

NAN reports that 17 other ships are at the ports discharging buck wheat, bulk rice, petrol, kerosene, bulk coal, bulk sugar, containers and steel products. (NAN)​
